MICHAEL D'AVOLIO – Diamond Ambassador

A self-starter; at 19 without any money, Michael started buying real estate. By the age of 28 he had developed over $50 million in properties. Managed over 30 employees, lived in a million dollar home on the ocean with a second home in the mountains and drove luxury cars. With the savings and loan crash in the late 80s & early 90s Michael lost everything and was $40 million in debt. After being presented the opportunity he saw that it was like mini-franchises which offered a leverage factor similar to real estate. He was not successful his first two years but determination prevailed and he now has a large international distributorship. KURT & GAIL MEYER – Diamond Ambassador

Kurt and Gail are the designers and supporters of the mailing system that we use.  This system and Neways has gotten the Meyers out of their jobs and to earning a very nice 6 figure income staying at home. Before Neways, Kurt was a construction manager working long hours and was never able to spend enough time with his family.  Gail was working as a florist when Kurt started this business, at first she wasn’t 100 percent sure of this type of business but now that she’s seen what it’s done for so many people, Gail is behind it 110%.   Kurt and Gail rank in the top 10 of all Neways distributors and have helped thousands build their Neways businesses.

DWIGHT BENSON – Diamond Ambassador

Dwight started his Neways business in the summer of 1998. He owned his own lawn care business that had kept him busy when it wasn’t raining and cooling his heels when it was - not the best business to have in the Pacific Northwest. Now Dwight has someone else care for his lawn at his new golf course home where he lives with his teenage daughter. Dwight has built his business exclusively with Kurt Meyer’s mailing system and has become one of Neways’ biggest group leaders - the awards on his mantel are proof that this business works!

Karl & Signe Nichols – Diamond Ambassador

Karl started with Neways in 1999 after he received a letter from Dwight Benson offering an opportunity to build a Neways business using Kurt’s mailing program. Signe was supportive but didn’t get involved until she went with Karl to the 2000 international convention in Long Beach CA. - after that it became a team effort. By the summer of 2001 Signe quit her JOB as a quality assurance specialist to work their Neways business full time and Karl quit his JOB as an electrician / facilities tech. the following year. That October Karl had a combined Birthday and retirement party in their new home with many of their Neways friends, wow out of the Rat Race by 45!

Norman & Mary Woods – Diamond Ambassador

The Woods live in a remote area of northern California and with the mailing system have been able to build an incredible organization. Norman is a retired architect and Mary is a retired surgical nurse. They live on an estate near Lake Almanor where Norman built their home and Mary planted the gardens, they have created a wonderful environment to live and create. They continue to set the standards for all potential leaders to learn by. Their skills in starting and training new distributors are the best!
