Neways Ranks

All distributors, no matter what their rank, are able to receive the Multiplex Bonus when they qualify.
Consultant:	No additional bonuses
Supervisor:	Up to 10% affinity bonus
Manager:	Up to 15% affinity bonus
Executive:	Up to 25% affinity bonus

As you can see, Executive is the first major milestone in Neways ranks. See the compensation plan chart to learn how you get there!

So, what's next? Make sure you QUALIFY as an Executive each month. How?

	Be on the $150 Gold Direct Ship
	Have a total of at least $1000 PGV (personal group volume)- that means all of the people in your organization who have not advanced to the Executive level (or are in one of your Executive's personal groups).
	At least $500 of the $1000 must be AFFINITY volume. That means volume which was not paid out in the MULTIPLEX PLAN.
	You may count up to $100 from up to 3 of your front line Executives who are on Gold or Silver Direct Ship as part of your $1000 - but it does NOT count toward the $500 AFFINITY portion.
